You must first contact us via E-mail at admin@customseatcreations.com for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) #. If your item does not have an RMA#, it will be refused.
Please note, if we made the item correctly to your specified color requests, then the item is not
exchangeable unless we are willing to waive this. This is the reason why we specifically have samples
available to request. Make sure the colors you select are the ones you want.
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return an item by mail for an exchange. Shipping is at
the expense of the buyer and non-refundable. All claims for discrepancies in shipment must be
made within 7 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. Failure to do so will result in inability to
exchange item.
All items must be UNINSTALLED, IN ORIGINAL CONDITION in order to exchange an item.
There is a 30% restocking fee on all exchanges! This is due to all purchases being made to order.
It is made to YOUR specifications. We take care the order is made exactly as you specify. We don't
just have these items sitting on a shelf.
Return by mail...
1. Place the unopened, uninstalled item in a secure mailer. Include all paperwork, parts and
accessories.
2. Print out a copy of this Exchange page. Fill out the bottom of the page, including the reason for
your exchange and put it in the package.
3. Include payment in the form of a U.S. Postal money order (U.S. Winners) or International Postal
Money order to Becky Cronis or Paypal to beckycronis@yahoo.com for:
Restocking fee (30% of merchandise total before adding shipping charge)
Return shipment fee ($8.00 U.S., $19.95 International)
4. Failure to include restocking fee and return shipment fee will result in cancellation of exchange
and your cover will be returned to you.
5. Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
